Lead Teacher

We are seeking Certified Montessori Lead Teachers to join our team. As a private Montessori school, we maintain exceptionally high standards. Candidates must be comfortable working with children aged 18 months to 6 years. If you are passionate about Montessori education and dedicated to excellence, we encourage you to apply!

Job Description: Certified Montessori Lead Teacher

  • Plan and conduct daily Montessori lessons.
  • Develop lessons based on individual students’ needs.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with students on art, Reggio, and STEAM projects.
  • Interact effectively with students, parents, and administration.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Montessori and Reggio curricula.
  • Incorporate developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
  • Supplemental Pay: Bonus Pay
  • Education: Associate degree (Preferred)
  • Experience: 2 years of teaching experience (Required)
  • Language: English (Required)
  • License/Certification: Montessori Certification (Required)

Assistant Teacher

We are seeking Montessori Assistant Teachers to join our team. As a private Montessori school, we maintain exceptionally high standards. Job Description: Certified Montessori Lead Teacher

  • Commit to the growth of all young children.
  • Keep the environment clean, sanitized, and organized.
  • Ensure the safety and supervision of children in your care.
  • Follow state licensing standards.
  • Implement Montessori/Reggio programs.
  • Assist lead teacher with observations and managing activities.
  • Follow the daily schedule and communicate any changes.
  • Document student development. Share updates with parents.
  • Schedule: Part time or full time, Monday to Friday
  • Supplemental Pay: Bonus Pay
  • Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience: 2 years of teaching experience (Required)
