Infants & Toddlers At Montessori Reggio Academy
At Montessori Reggio Academy, your child’s success is our top priority. Our professional and dedicated Montessori teachers work endlessly with our students to get them where they need to be in the classroom and the world. We teach our infants and toddlers the skills they need to transition into each stage of life while being given the building blocks to excel.
In the Classroom:
Our students work both individually and in small groups while they are learning. Students are self-paced and self-led while guided by our highly trained Montessori-certified teachers. Our Montessori environment consists of a clean space, natural lighting, and subdued colors that give our students a clear mind while working. Our curriculum is designed with your child’s success in mind and aims to accomplish all milestones.
The Reggio Emilia approach is an educational philosophy focused on preschool and primary education. Believing children are “knowledge bearers,” they are encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas about their learnings with their teachers and peers. Our students have monthly Reggio themes that follow our curriculum. They do various Reggio projects that help them better understand what they are learning.
The Infant classroom design creates a cozy and comfortable learning triangle between the teachers, students, and the environment. This setting encourages freedom, independence, and a sense of order while interacting with others.
